Mount Kilimanjaro is located in the southern end of the Great Rift Vally in Tanzania (Africa).

Kilimanjaro is a Strato Volcano, that consists of three peaks:
-Shira
-Kibo
Mawenzi
It is 5,895m (19,335.6ft) in elevation at the highest peak and contains a o1 1/2 mile wide crater at the peak of Kibo. The range spans 50 miles from East to West.
I chose to create this site because I am very interested in Africa and also because Mount Kilomanjaro is the tallest volcano in Africa.
